FutureRX - Streamlining Internal Systems with User-Centric Design

Project Challenge: Design and develop a user-friendly internal system application and CRM for FutureRX, a company lacking a design style guide.

What We Achieved:

• Rapid Prototyping: Utilized rapid prototyping techniques to quickly iterate and refine the design for the internal application and CRM.
• Style Guide Creation: Championed the development of a comprehensive style guide, ensuring design consistency and brand alignment for future projects.
• Collaborative Leadership: Led design team meetings to gather input, maintain design coherence, and foster a collaborative environment.
• Cross-Functional Communication: Effectively collaborated with stakeholders including CMO, product owners, offshore developers, and other UX designers to ensure project success.
